Six years of lab results, printed, in date order, with the abnormal values highlighted in yellow. She had built it herself because nobody else was keeping track.
Her endocrinologist saw her once a year for eleven minutes. Her primary care provider handled everything else and had never read the endocrinologist’s notes. When her mood got worse, a third person prescribed for that, separately, without looking at her thyroid.
She was not an unusual patient. She was a Tuesday.
Stonewood Health exists to do the obvious thing that almost nobody does: read the whole chart. Primary care, men’s health, endocrinology, dermatology, mental health and functional medicine, held together rather than referred apart.
The founder
Dr. Jezwah Harris, NP (JD, MSN, MBA, NP-C, FNP-BC, MEP-C, NE-BC, LPC, LNC) founded Stonewood Health after more than a decade of clinical and healthcare leadership experience across primary care, urgent care, endocrinology, dermatology and behavioral health. That background is also the reason the practice treats those five areas together instead of routing a patient through five separate referrals: the same clinician who reads the thyroid panel is the one adjusting the antidepressant.
Dr. Harris is quadruple board-certified and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice background spanning family and internal medicine. Full licensure detail is on the Clinicians page.

A capped panel and a straight answer are both a form of respect. We protect your time and your records the same way, without exception.
I take insurance. Coordinated care has quietly become something you buy on top of the coverage you already pay for. I have chosen not to go that way.
I sell nothing. No supplements, no proprietary line, no products in the waiting room. It means I can tell you that you do not need treatment and have nothing riding on the answer.
